1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ZuzHQ's transportation management software and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

ZuzHQ provides cloud-based transportation management software for trucking companies, freight brokers, and logistics operations. Our Services include dispatch management, fleet tracking, accounting, compliance tools, and related features.

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Services are provided on a subscription basis
Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
Prices may change with 30 days notice
Refunds are provided per our refund policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any illegal purpose
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Transmit malicious code or interfere with Services
Share account credentials with unauthorized parties

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a license to use it to provide the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

ZuzHQ and its licensors own all rights to the Services, including software, designs, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services during your subscription period.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZUZHQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ZuzHQ harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for Terms violations. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cameron County, Texas.
