ZuzHQ + Truckstop Load Board Integration
ZuzHQ integrates with Truckstop so dispatchers can search loads, post trucks, pull rate intelligence, and run carrier monitoring without leaving the TMS. Truckstop load search and posting happen inside ZuzHQ; booked loads flow directly into the dispatch board, and Truckstop's SaferWatch carrier monitoring data shows up when you're vetting a new carrier.
What the integration does
ZuzHQ connects to Truckstop via the official Truckstop.com API. Dispatchers search Truckstop loads from inside ZuzHQ, filter by equipment and lane, and book loads with one click. Rate analysis shows lane history so dispatchers can negotiate from data instead of guesswork.
For brokers, the integration includes carrier monitoring through Truckstop's SaferWatch service. New carriers get vetted automatically against authority, insurance, safety scores, and operating history before they ever touch one of your loads.
Who needs the Truckstop integration
This integration is for carriers and brokers who use Truckstop as a primary load board or rely on SaferWatch for carrier vetting.
- Trucking carriers using Truckstop to find loads daily
- Brokers who post loads on Truckstop and need them synced to the TMS
- Brokers who use Truckstop SaferWatch to vet carriers
- Operations that run both DAT and Truckstop and want both inside one TMS

Truckstop integration FAQ
Do I need a Truckstop subscription separate from ZuzHQ?
Yes. Truckstop is a separate paid service. ZuzHQ integrates with Truckstop but does not replace the Truckstop subscription — you'll still pay Truckstop directly for load board and SaferWatch access.
Does the integration include SaferWatch carrier monitoring?
Yes, if your Truckstop plan includes SaferWatch. Carrier authority, insurance, safety scores, and operating history flow into ZuzHQ when you vet a new carrier.
Can I use Truckstop and DAT at the same time?
Yes. ZuzHQ supports both Truckstop and DAT simultaneously. Running both load boards is common for carriers who want maximum load coverage, especially in regional and specialized lanes.
Does the integration support broker load posting?
Yes. Brokers can post their loads to Truckstop directly from ZuzHQ. Posted loads stay in sync — when you book a carrier in ZuzHQ, the Truckstop posting is removed automatically.
